Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details- Handle New York Labor Law and fire and casualty matters from inception through trial
- Manage all phases of litigation including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial
- Appear in New York courts independently across the full lifecycle of complex matters
- Communicate directly with insurers, clients, and opposing counsel at all stages
Looking For:
- New York Bar Admission required
- 4+ years of litigation experience with direct focus on New York Labor Law and fire and casualty defense
