WhatYou’llDo

As a Line/Grill Cook,you’ll:

• Preparea variety of dishes made from our very own recipes

• Responsible for setting up food preparation lines including grill, sauté, Fry cook, desert,pastryand salad lines.

• Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu items.

•  Prepare a variety of foods, meats, seafood, poultry,vegetables, and cold food items.

• Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes forallocatedstation.

• Serve menu items compliant with established standards.

What it Takes

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

• 0-2 years of relatedpreviouscookingexperience preferred

• Ability toprepare food from recipes,commensuratewith incumbent’s skill level

• Self-motivated

• Ability to obtain the StateFoodHandlers Certification

• Ability to multi-task and able to follow written or verbal instructions

• Strong senseof customer service and safety awareness

• Ability to work flexible hoursincludingnights,weekendsand Holidays

This position can be filled as a Line/Grill Cook I or a Line/Grill Cook II based on the experience qualifications of the selected candidate.
