Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure complete scope coverage.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams during the preconstruction phase.
- Develop bid strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and evaluate project risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of estimating experience, ideally in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
